AVAILABILITY: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 10am

During this in-person consultation, Caitie will describe how to declutter, rearrange, and repurpose your belongings to make the best impression upon the widest audience. Reasonable purchases and small upgrades may be suggested, but this is primarily a work-with-what-you’ve-got service. Give your listing a boost with the help of an expert home editor!

NOTE: The Pre-Sale Design Consultation covers travel and the first 2 hours of consultation time. Additional time is billed at $50/hr and will be automatically charged to your credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made more than 48hrs before the consultation will be refunded, less a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations made 48-24hrs before the consultation will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 24hrs of the consultation will NOT be refunded.
