AVAILABILITY: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and some Saturdays at 10am (you will receive a booking link after completing the purchase)

During this in-person consultation, Caitie will describe how to declutter, rearrange, and repurpose your belongings to make the best impression upon the widest audience. Reasonable purchases and small upgrades may be suggested, as well as new paint colours if necessary. Give your listing a boost with the help of an expert home editor!

NOTE: The Pre-Sale Design Consultation covers travel and up to 3 hours of consultation time. Additional time is billed at $50/hr and will be automatically charged to your credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made more than 48hrs in advance will be refunded, less a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations made less than 48hrs in advance will receive a 50% refund.
