Almost every rental I’ve stayed in over the years has been missing most — if not all — of these basic amenities which is frustrating and disappointing as a guest. If you implement these 8 things and highlight them in your bnb description, this will set you apart from the competition and snag more bookings!

Create a dedicated entryway
Make sure it smells clean and fresh
Provide LOTS of surfaces and hooks
Provide ACCESSIBLE outlets
Warm up the lighting (and provide nightlights)
Provide enough cloths and towels
Provide sharp knives and new (clean!) cookware / dishware
Use top sheets and provide flexible bedding options
